Digital Design License Agreement (Non-Exclusive)

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between EquiUnlimited LLC (“Licensor”) and the original purchaser (“Licensee”) of any digital product purchased from www.equiunlimited.com.

By purchasing, downloading, or using any digital design, logo, graphic, artwork, or related files (“Design”), the Licensee agrees to the terms outlined below.

1. Ownership & Copyright

All Designs are the intellectual property of EquiUnlimited LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright laws.

  • Copyright © EquiUnlimited LLC. All rights reserved.

  • This purchase does not transfer ownership or copyright.

  • The Licensee is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Design as outlined below.

2. License Grant (What You ARE Allowed to Do)

Upon purchase, the Licensee is permitted to:

  • Use the Design for commercial and/or personal use

  • Use the Design for:

    • Business branding

    • Websites and social media

    • Print materials (business cards, signage, flyers, brochures)

    • Apparel and merchandise

    • Packaging and labels

    • Digital advertising

    • Print-on-demand products not for resale

  • Modify, resize, recolor, or adapt the Design for their own brand or business use

  • Use the Design indefinitely for the Licensee’s own projects or business

This license is non-exclusive, meaning EquiUnlimited LLC may sell or license the same or similar Design to other parties.

3. Restrictions (What You Are NOT Allowed to Do)

The Licensee may not:

  • Claim the Design as their own original creation

  • Register the Design as a trademark, copyright, or intellectual property

  • Sell, sublicense, share, gift, or redistribute the Design files in any format

  • Use the Design in logo bundles, templates, or resale products

  • Include the Design in digital products offered for download or resale

  • Transfer the license to another individual, business, or entity

  • Use the Design in a way that is unlawful, defamatory, or harmful

4. Single-User License

This license is valid for one individual or one business entity only.

If multiple businesses, brands, or clients wish to use the same Design, additional licenses must be purchased.

5. No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered once files are delivered. If you encounter an issue with a file, please contact us to resolve the issue.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

Designs are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, expressed or implied.
EquiUnlimited LLC is not responsible for how the Design is used once delivered.

7. Termination

This license may be terminated immediately if the Licensee violates any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, all use of the Design must cease.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which EquiUnlimited LLC is registered.
